Chiyoda Kakō Kensetsu KK ( Japanese 千代 田 化工 建設 株式会社 , Chiyoda Kakō Kensetsu Kabushiki kaisha , English CHIYODA Corporation ) is a large Japanese engineering company specializing in the construction of industrial plants, especially for the oil and gas industry. Most of the sales are generated outside of Japan, especially in the Middle East.

Chiyoda was commissioned to build the refineries in Jeddah and Riyadh in Saudi Arabia in the late 1960s .

Current major projects include liquefied gas plants in Qatar , the Sakhalin II project in Eastern Russia, and a number of chemical and pharmaceutical factories in Japan.
