Probation Choir is a six-part TV series on Schweizer Fernsehen . In the Dokusoap, 9 male residents of a youth home and 13 young women from a grammar school work towards a common stage appearance under the direction of the choir conductor Ben Vatter . Within the project, the choir is supported by well-known figures from the Swiss music scene. The living conditions of the participants are diametrically different: The young people are under youth criminal law protective measures. The high school students are studying for the university entrance qualification. The only thing the young participants have in common is that they are all on the threshold of adult life.
The series was also broadcast in Germany from June 1, 2008.
