The Cesta I. triedy 49 ( Slovak for '1st order street 49'), short I / 49 , is a short 1st order street in Slovakia . It is located in the northwest of the country.

The road is the continuation of the Czech state road, also known as I / 49, and follows the Biela voda river in a south-easterly direction through the White Carpathians to the town of Púchov . There it crosses the Waag and ends in Beluša on 1st order road 61 .

I / 49 is to be replaced by the R6 expressway in the future . To this day it has happened south of Púchov.
