The Cesta I. triedy 20 ( Slovak for '1st order street 20'), short I / 20 , is a 1st order street in Slovakia . It runs in the east of the country, starting in Budimír north of Košice , parallel to the D1 motorway through the Torysatal , via Lemešany to Prešov , where it merges into 1st order road 68 south of the city center . In Prešov, the I / 20 has a share in the E 50 , otherwise the importance for long-distance traffic is rather low.

The street was created on August 1st, 2015 when it was spun off from I / 68.
