The Cesta I. triedy 60 ( Slovak for '1st order street 60'), I / 60 for short , is a 1st order street in Slovakia . It is designed as the inner ring road of Žilina and encloses the city center over a length of 6.48 km. It is expanded to four lanes over its full length and predominantly provided with plan-free junctions. The kilometrage begins at the Kragujevská junction west of the city center and runs counterclockwise.

Four first-order Slovakian roads begin or end on the ring road, three of which are also part of at least one European road. These are:

• Cesta I. triedy 61 (I / 61; E 50, E 75, E 442) west / south-west to Bytča and further on to Bratislava
• Cesta I. triedy 64 (I / 64) south to Rajec and on to Prievidza
• Cesta I. triedy 18 (I / 18; E 50) east to Martin and further on Prešov
• Cesta I. triedy 11 (I / 11; E 75) north to Čadca and further on Ostrava

The street was created on August 1, 2015 through outsourcing from the following streets: I / 11, I / 18, as well as rededication of I / 18A.
