The Cesta I. triedy 15 ( Slovak for '1st order street 15'), short I / 15 , is a 1st order street in Slovakia . It is located in the east of the country and arose from the partially elevated road II / 558 and the completely elevated road II / 557 .

The road begins at Vranov nad Topľou and runs north on the right bank of the Ondava . At Slovenská Kajňa it changes to the left bank and now runs in the Ondavská vrchovina . For about 16 km it leads along the Veľká Domaša reservoir . 10 km after the reservoir it reaches the town of Stropkov . 6 km after the town it ends at the 1st order road 73 , halfway between Stropkov and Svidník .
