Chris Jongewaard
Chris Jongewaard (born July 18, 1979 ) is an Australian mountain bike , cyclocross and road cyclist .
Chris Jongewaard was a multiple Australian champion in the cross country mountain bike discipline . In this discipline he was also ocean champion in 2007.
On the road, he drove for various Continental teams and won stages in the Tour de Hokkaidō in 1999 and the Herald Sun Tour in 2008. In the Herald Sun Tour 2006 he took over the leadership jersey after the time trial, but had to give it up on the last stage and finish the tour in second place overall. In 2009 he won the oceanic championships in the individual time trial .
In 2015 he won the silver medal in cross at the state championships.
