Chris Kobin took his first steps in the film business with television. He made his debut on the 1997 TV film Terrorized by Police as a producer. In 1999 he worked as co- executive producer on the documentary The Girl Next Door and a year later as executive producer on A Vision of a Murder . In 2004 he produced his documentary Slasher for John Landis . The following year, Chris Kobin wrote the script for the 2001 horror comedy Maniacs . In 2006 he wrote and produced Driftwood . He also wrote a script segment for Snoop Dogg for his film project Hood of Horror . In 2010 he wrote the screenplay for the sequel to 2001 Maniacs 2001 Maniacs 2 - It's Done and produced the documentary Hollywood Don't Surf! . From 2011 to 2013 he was executive producer on the reality show Flipping Vegas .
