Christel Deichmann
Christel Deichmann , b. Kruse, (born August 29, 1941 in Holthusen ) was a member of the German Bundestag from November 10, 1994 to October 17, 2002 (two electoral terms) . She was elected via the state list of the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD) in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and in 1998 as a direct candidate for the constituency of Güstrow - Sternberg - Lübz - Parchim - Ludwigslust .
From 1999 to 2011 Deichmann was mayor of her place of birth.
