Christian Broos

Christian Broos (born March 30, 1969 ) is a former German football player and coach.

The midfielder played 47 second division games for Wuppertaler SV in the 1990s and scored three goals. Christian Broos was with VfL Bochum on July 14, 1985 at the Bieberer Berg in Offenbach German B-youth champion . Result 3: 0 against Kickers Offenbach. Opponent players were z. B. Uwe Bindewald and Ralf Weber (both later with Eintracht Frankfurt). After his career, Broos worked as a scout for Wuppertaler SV. In 2004/05 he was also assistant coach of the first team. In 2005 his contract was not extended after 14 years with Wuppertaler SV. In the 2006/07 season he worked as an assistant coach at SG Langenbochum.

Broos worked with his WSV team-mate Knut Hartwig in the film Das Wunder von Bern , in which he portrayed the Kaiserslautern player Werner Kohlmeyer .
