Christian Kuchler (cook)
Christian Kuchler (born February 14, 1985 in Frauenfeld ) is a Swiss chef .
Life
After training with Xaver Wenninger at the Schloss Mammern Clinic in Mammern , Kuchler moved to the Hotel Terminus in Sierre (two Michelin stars ) in 2006 , then to Alain Ducasse at the Hôtel Plaza Athénée in Paris .
In 2008 he became head chef at Gasthaus Schupfen in Diessenhofen , in 2011 at Gasthof Hirschen in Eglisau , which was awarded a Michelin star in 2012.
Since January 2015 he has been head chef and co-owner of his parents' tavern zum Schäfli in Wigoltingen , which was awarded a Michelin star in the same year and two years later.
