Christian Moos (born December 16, 1971 in Wuppertal ) has been the honorary Secretary General of the non-partisan European Union Germany since 2011 and a member of the board of the European Movement Germany since 2012 .

Moos studied history and languages ​​in Besançon and Bonn. From 1995 to 2001 he worked for a member of the Bundestag. Since 2001 he has been working for the DBB Beamtenbund und Tarifunion . In 2002/2003 he worked for the DBB office in Brussels, from 2004 to 2012 he was the personal assistant to the DBB federal chairman. Since 2012 he has been head of the European and International Affairs division in the DBB's federal office. He has been a member of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) since 2015 . Moos is an expert on European policy issues and communication.
