Christian Schröter

Christian Schröter lived around 1700 and was vice principal of the united princely and city school in Liegnitz . He wrote works on rhetoric and the education of the nobility .

Life

Schröter tried in his Thorough instruction , rhetorical guiding principles Christian Weise by examples from the novel magnanimous Arminius of von Lohenstein Daniel Caspar explained. For him, Lohenstein is the pinnacle of erudition , especially in the areas of knowledge of nature, politics, reason and morality, since in it he summarizes the sciences and knowledge of the ancient authors Pliny , Tacitus and Seneca .
