Christiane Knoll
Christiane Knoll (* in Stadtsteinach ) is a German radio and science journalist. She moderates u. a. “ Current research ” on Deutschlandfunk .
Life
Knoll studied physics in Bayreuth and Heidelberg and worked in the press office of the German Cancer Research Center . She completed a traineeship in science journalism at Deutschlandfunk and worked in the editorial department of the magazine “ Forschung aktuell ”, which she also moderates and for whose cryptic Sunday edition “ Wissenschaft im Brennpunkt ” she wrote at least four issues. In 2014, Sönke Gäthke won under her editorial team with “From AC to DC. On the leap into the age of direct current “ the Ernst Schneider Prize .
