Christina Bäumerich

Christina Bäumerich (born June 4, 1984 in Dülmen ) is a German comic artist and illustrator.

Life

Christina Bäumerich had her first commissioned work in 2008 in the form of posters, illustrations and comics for Bravo . From spring 2009 Bäumerich published an eleven-part drawing course in the magazine Kids Zone . drew for André Linke and taught for the comic academy. In the summer of 2009 she took part in a young talent drawing competition organized by the German-Japanese Society Berlin, in which she took second place with her comic Kishi Kaisei and thus took part in the anthology Baito Oh! involved. In 2010 she signed the German publisher Egmont Manga and Anime , with whom she published her last comic, Snow Flake . Christina Bäumerich's works are shaped by the style of the manga .

After a two-year break, Bäumerich works as a children's book illustrator and develops her own series and products for companies and publishers that are for children and young people.
