Westerlandföhr Office
The Westerlandföhr office was one of two offices on the island of Föhr , in the Südtondern district in Schleswig-Holstein . It consisted of the following eight municipalities:
The Westerlandföhr office was in the west of the island of Föhr. The second office on the island was Osterlandföhr .
history
In 1889, the district of Westerland-Föhr was formed from the aforementioned municipalities and the municipality of Hedehusum in the Tondern district .
In 1948 the administrative district was dissolved and the municipalities formed the Westerlandföhr office from then on. In 1970 Hedehusum was incorporated into Utersum.
The Office was in the course of formation of the Nordfriesland dissolved in 1970 and the communities formed along with the communities of the Office Osterlandföhr the föhr-land . Goting was incorporated into Nieblum and Oldsum-Klintum and Toftum merged to form the Oldsum community .
