Christina Graf

Christina Graf (born December 28, 1985 in Lennestadt ) is a German sports reporter and former soccer player .

Career

Graf grew up in Heinsberg in the Kirchhundem community . After graduating from high school, she trained as a media designer. In terms of sport, she was active as a footballer in VfL Heinsberg, Sportfreunde Siegen and later in the Bundesliga for SC 07 Bad Neuenahr and FFC Heike Rheine . As a sports reporter and presenter, she worked as a freelancer at Radio Siegen , where she regularly reported on the games of Sportfreunde Siegen . Then she worked for rtl / ntv in the sports department.

Sky commentator

Christina Graf prevailed against 1200 applicants in the 2012 competition “We are looking for your voice” at the pay TV channel Sky . On February 3, 2013, she was the first woman to comment on a game in the second Bundesliga live on television, namely the match between Jahn Regensburg and Hertha BSC . She regularly comments on games in the second Bundesliga and is also a field reporter in the first Bundesliga and the Europa League. She has been commenting on matches on the 2017 ATP World Tour since February 13, 2017 . In August 2018 it was announced that Graf Sky was leaving for the new Bundesliga season .
