Christine Lehder

Christine Lehder (born December 25, 1952 in Saalfeld / Saale ) is a German politician .

After graduating from high school in 1971, Christine Lehder studied building material process engineering in Weimar until 1975 , after which the qualified engineer worked as a technological designer until 1990. After joining the SPD in 1990, she was a full-time regional manager in the SPD Thuringia . From 1998 to 2005 she was a directly elected member of the 14th and 15th German Bundestag ; first for the constituency Saalfeld - Pößneck - Schleiz - Lobenstein - Zeulenroda and then for the constituency Sonneberg - Saalfeld-Rudolstadt - Saale-Orla-Kreis .

She is married and has two daughters.
