The Bundestag constituency Saalfeld-Rudolstadt - Saale-Holzland-Kreis - Saale-Orla-Kreis (constituency 195, in the federal elections 2009 and 2013 constituency 196) is an electoral district in Thuringia . It includes the districts, the Saalfeld-Rudolstadt district , the Saale-Holzland district and the Saale-Orla district . Its predecessor constituency was the constituency of Sonneberg - Saalfeld-Rudolstadt - Saale-Orla-Kreis .

For the 2017 federal election , the Sonneberg district left the constituency, while the Saale-Holzland district was added to the constituency. The change in the constituency division became necessary because Thuringia lost one constituency in the 2017 federal election.
