The Christian Mission Service Association (CMD), a Christian Children's Fund is, in India , the Philippines , in Indonesia , Israel and Bangladesh operates. Almost 10,000 children and young people are looked after in its day-care centers, children's villages and training centers.

In 1957 Emil Richter and Erwin Klinge founded the association in Frankfurt am Main with the aim of helping orphans and children in need in India. Today the CMD is based in Burk , in the Ansbach district . In 1969 a Christian Mission Service Foundation was set up in Switzerland with its headquarters in Lausanne .

The association is financed through sponsorships and donations from private individuals and has been awarded the donation check certificate of the German Evangelical Alliance.
