Christo Foerster

Christo Foerster (born December 26, 1977 in Berlin ) is a German speaker , motivational speaker and author of several non-fiction books.

Career

Foerster studied at the German Sport University Cologne and was trained as an editor for TV, print and radio at the Berlin School of Journalism.

After completing his training, he worked as an editor and head of sports at the fitness magazine Fit for Fun from 2006 to 2012 , and from 2014 to 2015 he was editor-in-chief of the German edition of Men's Fitness magazine. Foerster also completed training as a systemic coach at the Hamburg Coaching Academy , founded the Natural Coaching Academy in 2012 and developed the Junglefit outdoor training concept .

Christo Foerster has been a professional member of the German Speakers Association eV since 2013 and gives lectures on the topics of motivation, personal development and adventure.

Inspired by the British adventurer Alastair Humphreys and the idea of "Microadventures" , Christo Foerster launched the adventure project " Get out and do" in 2017 and wants to encourage people to leave their comfort zone and enjoy outdoor experiences on their doorstep.
