Systemic coaching

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Systemic coaching refers to general counseling sessions on everyday questions about personal life in professional and private areas. It is described by some critics as a word creation by various commercial providers and associations for advertising purposes . They serve to distinguish ( differentiate ) from competing coaching providers. Validated studies on the effectiveness are not available. There is also no state or scientifically recognized, well-founded training, which, however, is generally unusual in the consulting area. The relation to " systemic therapy and counseling " (also as a psychotherapeutic direction) is unclear or precisely the relationship to be clarified where there is no uniformity of views.
