Christoph Fischer (theologian, † 1699)

Christoph Fischer (* before 1667; † August 26, 1699 in Göttingen ) was a German Lutheran theologian and general superintendent of the General Diocese of Göttingen .

Life

After studying theology, Fischer was pastor in Diemarden from 1667 , pastor in Geismar in 1668 , pastor and superintendent in Börry (Oberbörry) in 1672 and first pastor at St. John's Church in Göttingen from 1680 . From 1695 to 1699 he also served as general superintendent for the Principality of Göttingen.
