Christow is a village in the southern English county of Devon .

Christow is in Dartmoor and the surrounding towns are Bridford , Doddiscombsleigh , Ashton and Coombe. The city of Exeter is around 15 kilometers to the northeast .
Personalities
The St James' Parish Church in Christow houses the family grave of the former Pellew merchant family, in which Edward Pellew, 1st Viscount Exmouth was also buried.
