Christmas wine

Christmas wine is an Austrian name for a wine whose grapes were picked on December 24th or December 25th , the Christmas festival . In the past, wines made from grapes picked on Christmas Eve were called Christmas wine . Usually it is ice wines or Trockenbeerenauslese .
