Jean-Philippe Blondet

Jean-Philippe Blondet (* 1980 in Nice ) is a French chef.

Career

Blondet began in 2004 in the restaurant Spoon at Sanderson of Alain Ducasse in London , where he Chef de Partie was. In 2006 he moved to Alain Ducasse's restaurant Le Louis XV (three Michelin stars ) in the Hôtel de Paris in Monaco . Then he became the sous chef at Spoon in Hong Kong . In September 2013 he started as Sous Chef at Jocelyn Herland at the Alain Ducasse restaurant at The Dorchester .

In January 2016 Blondet became head chef there. The restaurant was awarded three Michelin stars in the 2017 Michelin Guide .
