Chyawanprash

Chyawanprash can be used as a drink and it is a product in Ayurveda medicine ( India ). It has a tradition going back over 2000 years.

Chyawanprash is made from 25 to 80 (usually more than 40) natural ingredients;

The main part consists of the Amla fruits and many herbs, which are processed into a kind of jam (similar to plum jam) in a very tedious and complex process.
