Circuito Grandvalira Andorra
The Circuito Grandvalira Andorra in Pas de la Casa is a permanent race track in the Principality of Andorra .
The racetrack is located at an altitude of around 2400 meters and is the highest circuit in Europe, on which ice races with vehicles from the Trophée Andros , “G Series BPA” and in summer the Supermoto World Championships are held. The organizer is the Automobile Club d'Andorra . In winter, special vehicles from the automobile category are used on the temporary race track. Special tires with a large number of spikes are almost always used for such races.
In summer, the racetrack, which also includes an asphalt runway, is used for driver training and other motorsport competitions. Since 2008 the race for the Mundial Supermotard Gran Premi D'andorra World Championship has taken place annually on the racetrack .
