Citybois

The Citybois are a Danish pop duo from Copenhagen . They became known in 2015 through the casting show X Factor .

Career

The two students Anthon Knudtzon and Thor Farlov applied as Citybois for the Danish edition of The X Factor in 2015 . They made it to the semi-finals and were eliminated in fourth place. Because of their audience appeal, they were then signed by Sony Music . Shortly after the show she had with Things We Do a # 4 hit in the Danish charts . They were awarded gold for their debut . They put two more songs in the charts in the same year - including the second gold single Purple Light - before releasing the album What Bois About To in early 2016 . This put them in 6th place on the charts. In between they finished the 9th grade in order to switch to high school.

Then they went on tour and continued to release successful singles. With the top 10 hit Bedre end Rihanna , they met the gold criteria for the third time. At the beginning of 2017 they had their seventh chart single with Dum som mig .
