The building is located in Gernröder's old town at the confluence of Häuschenstrasse with Clara-Zetkin-Strasse and is listed in the local register of monuments as a residential and commercial building.
Architecture and history
The oldest part of the irregularly-scale building complex is in 18th-century half-timbered construction built house . In the later part of the building, a shop in the neoclassical style was added around 1910 .
