criticism

Claranova has been criticized for distributing deceptive software through aggressive and misleading advertising, which misleads customers into false facts in order to induce them to transfer money to the manufacturer.

The Claranova product “OneSafe PC Cleaner” is described in a malware database as “unwanted program which spreads false reports in order to convince the user to buy the premium version of the program”. The product therefore falls under the category of scareware .
