Claus Brüggemann

Claus Brüggemann is a former German football coach and player.

Life

Brüggemann was a player on the Cologne Crocodiles team between 1985 and 1989 . With the German national team he took part in the European Championship in 1987 and came in second there. He was the head coach of the Cologne Crocodiles from the second day of the 1991 season, after he had previously acted as an assistant coach in the 1990 game year. In the 1991, 1993 and 1997 seasons he led Cologne to the final of the German championship, but there you had to admit defeat. At times Brüggemann got involved in the work of the Cologne Crocodiles board.
