Clawer (mentioned in Neuchâtel in 1370 ) was a Swiss sculptor.

The Clawer from Basel was commissioned by Count Ludwig von Neuenburg in 1370 to erect a tomb in the Neuchâtel collegiate church, for which he was compensated with 51 florins. Clawer was not only the designer and executive sculptor of the monument, which was only preserved in fragments, but also its barrel painter .
