Clemens Cornielje
Clemens Cornielje (born June 10, 1958 in Lobith ) is a Dutch politician of the Volkspartij voor Vrijheid en Democratie .
Life
Cornielje studied mathematics and biology at the University of Applied Sciences in Nijmegen . From 1994 to 2005 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the States General . From 2005 to 2019, Cornielje succeeded Jan Kamminga as the king's commissioner for the province of Gelderland . On February 6, 2019, his successor, John Berends , took over this position.
