Florian Wenk (born February 27, 1998 ) is a Swiss floorball player . He is under contract with the National League A representative Grasshopper Club Zurich .

Career

Wenk began his career at THS Adliswil, but later switched to the offspring of the Grasshopper Club Zurich (GC). In 2016/17 he was used for the first time for the GC first team. After the 2016/17 season, the Grasshopper Club announced that Wenk would be part of the first team squad for the 2017/18 season.

National team

In 2015, Wenk played for the U19 national floorball team in Switzerland for the first time . However, he did not score a goal on the Euro Floorball Tour (EFT). With the U19 he took part in two EFTs and completed seven test matches. He also took part in the 2017 U19 World Cup in Växjö with the Swiss U19 national team. He is currently a member of the Swiss unihockey U23 national team, which was created in summer 2018.
