Kay Bier (born September 23, 1995 ) is a Swiss floorball player . He is under contract with the National League A representative Grasshopper Club Zurich .

Career

Bier began his career at UHC Pfannenstiel, but later switched to the next generation at the Grasshopper Club Zurich . There he worked through a large part of the youth department before he was used for the first time for the first team during the 2014/15 season. As a player in the promotional squad, he played four more games this season. The rest of the season he played in the U21 team.

For the 2015/16 season he was definitely promoted to the first team squad. In his first season he completed 32 games. He scored one hit and put on three more. With the Grasshoppers he was able to win the Swiss championship in the first season. He also won the Swiss Cup in 2016/17. After the 2016/17 season, the club announced that Bier had extended its contract by three years.
