The UHC Pfannenstiel Egg-Maur-Oetwil am See is a Swiss floorball club from the municipalities of Egg , Maur and Oetwil am See . It is named after the Pfannenstiel range of hills , on whose eastern slopes the club is at home.
history
The association was founded in 1999 through the merger of the associations UHC Egg, UHC Oetwil am See, and UHC Hoosters '89 Maur.
Until 2017, the club played in the regional full-field leagues and switched diligently between the various leagues. Between 2007 and 2016 there were no less than 4 ascents and 2 descents in Palmares for Pfannenstiel. Due to a strong season performance, UHC Pfannenstiel was able to qualify for the promotion games of the National League B in the 2016/2017 season . In the promotion games, the club met the UHT Schüpbach and was able to prevail in the best-of-five series within three games, which means that the club was promoted to the National League B for the 2017/18 season . In the 2017/2018 season, the UHC Pfannenstiel was able to assert itself confidently in 4 games and celebrate another great success despite many narrow defeats and the last qualification rank in the playouts against the relegated NLA UHC Grünenmatt.
Stadion
The UHC Pfannenstiel team plays its home games in the Kirchwies sports hall in Egg whenever possible.
