Club de Sade in Hamburg St. Pauli

The Club de Sade in Hamburg St. Pauli is one of the oldest SM clubs in Europe. It was founded in the 1960s by Peter W. Ernst. The furnishings of the 300 m² club, which received a cabaret license, are inspired by the stories of the Marquis de Sade and were made personally by the owner at the time or according to his designs. After the founder's death in 2010, entrepreneur Kalle Schwensen took over the club.
