Co-Ed Confidential is an American series produced by MRG Entertainment for Cinemax and part of the Max After Dark series. The series is an unofficial remake of National Lampoon's Animal House from 1978 and contains mostly simulated sex scenes.

Notorious for sex parties, the Omega House fraternity house becomes a joint residence for four freshmen students Larry, Karen, Lisa and Jose under the supervision of a PhD student Ophelia and her friend James. Here they experience the wildest, most erotic adventures. There are also trips to strip bars and after every semester change, some residents also change.

Reviews
The series received good reviews on IMDb and many praised the softcore show for its witty scripts and dialogues. The episodes are a mixture of comedy and softcore, which was first seen in this form and in this genre.
Brian Lowry of Variety magazine praised the "ongoing storylines" so that at least the actors "got straight to the point in the first season."
