Cochliopodium granulatum is an amoeba from the genus Cochliopodium . It is also known in German as the grained snail amoeba. The species occurs in shallow waters and lakes.

Cochliopodium granulatum is around 50 micrometers in size. The envelope has a line pattern consisting of rows of dots. Shiny granules or small sand particles can be found scattered on the plastic ectoplasmic shell.
