The Double Court Tomb Cohaw (also known locally as Cohaw giants grave ) is a north-south-oriented, approximately 25 m long megalithic complex with five chambers in a rectangular stone mound , which, however, has been almost completely eroded. Cohaw is located south of the R192 four kilometers southeast of Cootehill in northern County Cavan , Ireland . Court tombs belong to the megalithic chamber tombs ( English chambered tombs ) of the British Isles . With around 400 copies, they are almost exclusively in Ulster in the north ofIreland and Northern Ireland respectively .

Built like two back-to-back court tombs with deep semicircular atria and two chambers at either end, a fifth chamber was built in between. There are marked post holes with small wooden stakes and are located in the northern atrium two holes (one stone pillar English Pillar stones ) have kept.

During excavations in 1949, a Neolithic pot and cremated bones were found.
