The Comando Especial VRAEM , Comando Especial del Valle de los ríos Apurimac, Ene y Mantaro or CE-VRAEM is a special unit in Peru and part of the Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas del Perú . Until 2014 the unit was called Comando Especial VRAE or CE-VRAE . It has its headquarters in Pichari . The individual units of the command come from all branches of the armed forces.
