The German Comic Guide is Germany's largest comic - database in the Internet with over 120,000 registered comics and 75,000 cover images.

The comic portal provides detailed information on numerous titles, information on illustrators and copywriters as well as contents. The spectrum ranges from the first picture strip booklets of the post-war period to Superman , Batman , Asterix and Mosaik to One Piece , Dragonball & Co. Secondary literature and picture books on comics are not left out either.

The comic guide is updated weekly, information on all new releases is listed separately. The German Comic Guide was in 1997 as a CD-ROM published. Further planned annual CD editions were not realized. The comic portal has been available to everyone on the Internet free of charge since 2002. Since January 2008, the comic guide has included the current collector's prices for all the comics listed.

The Deutscher Comic Guide website is part of the Comic Guide network , which in addition to a large forum ( Comic Guide NET ), in which u. a. Numerous experts collect and process new information, including a sales platform ( comic marketplace ) on which comics can be searched for and bought.
