Common Flash Memory Interface
Common Flash Memory Interface , or CFI for short, is a standardized interface developed jointly by AMD , Fujitsu , Intel and Sharp , via which the properties of flash memory modules can be read out. This information allows the implementation of generic algorithms for flash programming.
