Community Security Trust

Community Security Trust (CST) is a British non-governmental organization (NGO) based in London that has been registering anti-Semitic incidents on behalf of the Jewish community since 1984 and helping to protect Jews from anti-Semitism and related threats.

The UK Home Office Home Office and CST work closely together. The non-profit NGO manages government funding to protect Jewish buildings (especially schools and synagogues ) across the UK and shares its expertise on extremism and radicalization. CST also helps protect other faith communities.

CST has 79 employees and around 3,000 volunteers (as of March 31, 2018).

Government resources managed by CST are £ 13.4 million (GBP) for the 2018/19 budget year, around EUR 15.5 million. The same amount of funds was managed in 2017/18 and 2016/17, after £ 10.9 million in 2015/16.

CST is a cooperation partner of the research and information center for anti-Semitism founded in Berlin in 2015 .
