The Comunità Montana Alta Valle Arroscia is a Comunità montana in the northern Italian region of Liguria . Politically it belongs to the province of Imperia and consists of the 12 municipalities Aquila d'Arroscia , Armo , Borghetto d'Arroscia , Cosio di Arroscia , Mendatica , Montegrosso Pian Latte , Pieve di Teco , Pornassio , Ranzo , Rezzo , Vessalico and Vessalico.

The territory of the Comunità montana consists of the lands of the eleven municipalities of the Valle Arroscia in the province of Imperia. It is certified with the ISO 14001 environmental standard . In 2008, a biomass cogeneration plant powered by wood chips was inaugurated. With it, financed with public money, electrical and thermal energy, which is fed into a district heating network, is produced taking into account the ecological compatibility .

The administrative seat of the Comunità Montana Alta Valle Arroscia is Pieve di Teco. The administrative community came into being in the 1970s at the instigation of a Consiglio di Valle (in German: Talrat ). The first chairman of the Comunità montana was Roberto Lucifredi.
