Concorso di reati
As concorso di reati ( it. , Crime competitors') is referred to in the Italian criminal the ratio, a perpetrator are in the several laws injuries to each other. The concorso di reati is regulated in Art. 77 ff of the Codice Rocco . A distinction is made between two forms: concorso reale (also concorso materiale ) and concorso ideal (also concorso formale ). The first case is when crimes are carried out by multiple acts or omissions, the second when the crimes are carried out by a single act or omission. In the case of the concorso reale , Italian criminal law - unlike the asperation principle in Germany - provides for the cumulative individual sentences.
