The Congress Center Villach ( CCV ; formerly: Kongresshaus ) is an event complex in the Austrian city of Villach in Carinthia . The annual TV recording of the Villach carnival and children's carnival takes place in the Congress Center Villach. It is also an important venue for the Carinthian Summer .
