The Conical Rock (from English conical , conical, conical ' ) is a rocky island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . In Morton Strait , it is 3 km south of the southwest tip of Livingston Island .
Scientists from the British Discovery Investigations , which also gave it its descriptive name, mapped it between 1930 and 1931.
