history

Consus Real Estate AG, formerly Consus Commercial Property AG, has been listed on the stock exchange since April 2017. According to the company, the volume of project developments adds up to EUR 9.7 billion.

Participations include the CG Group since 2017 and the SSN Group since 2018 and thus indirectly the majority of the former Gerch Development GmbH. As of April 2019, Consus is predominantly owned by Aggregate Group, around a third (figures fluctuate between 27% and 34%) in the free float and a smaller part (figures 6% -8% depending on the source) Christoph Gröner. According to a press release dated August 23, 2017, Aggregate Deutschland SA was the seller of 50% of the shares in CG Gruppe AG to Consus Real Estate AG.

On May 8, 2020, ADO Properties SA, Luxembourg, registered its plan to acquire shares and control over Consus Real Estate AG with the Federal Cartel Office for examination.

Projects

The three largest projects held by the participations are the "VAI Campus" - originally the project was called the "Garden Campus" - in Stuttgart-Vaihingen (it is the former IBM German headquarters, the formerly known as the " Eiermann Campus ") , the Eutritzscher Freiladebahnhof in Leipzig and the "Holsten Quartiere" in Hamburg.
